Return & Shipping Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
- Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been approved, you may return your item to the appropriate warehouse:

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unopened
- Unused
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed promptly.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
